I am deeply honoured to have been elected as the IMA Dubai Chapter Chair for 2025-2026.
The dedicated leadership of previous chapter board has set a high standard from which our members have greatly benefited, both in terms of professional development and networking opportunities.
With a decade of volunteer experience in various leadership positions within the IMA Dubai Chapter, I have grown both professionally and personally. This journey has allowed me to engage with exceptional, talented, and diverse members from different industries, cultures, age groups, nationalities, and backgrounds. Every interaction with our volunteers and members has been an opportunity for learning and enrichment.
As Chapter Chair, I am committed to upholding the principles of servant leadership by prioritising the needs of our members and supporting your growth and success. I believe that through dedicated service, we can continue to foster a more inclusive, supportive, and dynamic community.
In the coming months, we will assess members' needs and continue to provide networking events, leadership training, community service, and wellness sessions to help members grow as leaders and inspire others.
