Brief Introduction

This corporate finance tools for decision making seminar will help participants develop a strategic under-
standing of key financial decisions faced by organizations today, recognize the three pillars of corporate

finance and distinguish between the different financing resources and investment opportunities. We will

then focus on methods for calculating the shareholders’ and investors’ required return for investing in

risky projects or equity investments based on single factor and multifactor models, which will then be

complemented by best practices and available techniques for estimating projects cash flow for assessing

the viability of capital investment project and formulating an unbiased capital investment decision.
